I'm four months pregnant, still getting used to it and I'm not sure how hard I should be working out?
I'm worried about the safety of my baby, because this is my first pregnancy, but I also want to feel prepared and fit for the months ahead. How do you know your limits? |

The subject of your limits is a dialogue ment to be had by you and your doctor first then once you have the all clear, sit down with your Pilates instructor and lay out a plan.Examine your weaknesses (say upper body for instance) and begin detailing a workout program that includes targeting those weaknesses (more arm work if thats whats needed and so on). |

Congratulations!
Every blessing to you and your new family. Two pushes, very impressive. Keep up with your pilates especially now that you have to keep up with your baby. D Sola |
